一、用途：
   Application
本產品廣泛適用于化工和石油化學工業中等有爆炸性環境的自動化控制系統，監控回路及保護線路等各種本安電路中作為微弱信號的傳輸用線；該產品除具有分布參數小的特點外，還采用了加強屏蔽層，使其具有優良的抗外界電磁場干擾，抗射頻干擾等性能。
The cable, which is used to transmit weak signals in all kinds of intrinsic safety circuits, is widely used in automatic control system with exploding danger, supervising and controlling circuit and protective circuit etc. of chemical and petrochemical industries. The cable is not only characterized with small distributed parameters, but also adopts strengthening shielding layer so that it has excellent resistance to external electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference.

3.應與非本安型電纜分開敷設或進行有效的隔離。
It should be installed separately from the non-intrinsic safety type cable or effective isolation measures shall be taken.

ZR-ia-KVPVP 阻燃聚氯乙烯絕緣，聚氯乙烯護套，分屏蔽和總屏蔽本安型控制電纜
Intrinsic safety type control cable with flame resistance PVC insulation, PVC sheath, Individual and General shielding

1、本產品可采用銅/鋁復合膜繞包屏蔽，型號中的P是銅復合膜以P2表示，是鋁復合膜以P3表示；
The cable can use copper/aluminum compound film wrapping shielding. P2 stands for copper compound film while P3 for aluminum compound film in cable type.
2、可根據需要生產鋼帶鎧裝本安型信號控制電纜，需在型號右下角加注代號“22”，如ia-KYPVP₂₂;
Intrinsic safety type signal control cable with steel tape armoring can be produced according to customer’s requirements. No. “22” shall be added to the lower right corner of type, eg. ia-KYPVP₂₂
3、如需A級阻燃，應在ia之前注明ZRA。如ZRA-ia-KYPVP；
ZRA shall be added before “ia” if “A” degree flame resistance is needed. Eg. ZRA-ia-KYPVP
4、如需耐溫105℃時應在規格前注明105；耐70℃的可省略；
No. 105 shall be stated in the specification suppose 105℃ temperature resistance is needed. But 70℃ temperature resistance can be omitted.
5、生產范圍1-24對。
例：銅芯R類結構，聚乙烯絕緣，二線組聚氯乙烯護套，有分屏蔽和總屏蔽10對1.0mm²表示為：
   Producing range 1-24 pairs.
   Eg. ia-KYPVPR-10*2*1.0mm²stands for R structure with copper core, PE insulation, two-wire group PVC sheath, individual and general shielding, 10 pairs, and 1.0mm² cross section of conductor.
